My Tivo box deleted...

all the un-watched episodes of Poldark. I'm so cross with myself that I forgot to change the setting on the series link. This isn't the first time either. I've lost things in the past.

What have you lost that you've been really miffed at?

MEgirl It was a looong time ago but my video recorder didn't tape the last ep of American Gothic. This was probably 95/96?
I'm still annoyed about it now, & I know I could watch it on Youtube or whatever but I'd need to watch the whole series.
Next time I get flu or whatever I probably will.

You can restore them! Go to your shows and at the bottom of the list of recordings there is a 'deleted items' file. Go on there and select each one to restore.

You can't restore them if the TiVo box does it for you. It puts them in "Recording Hiccups", not"Recently Deleted". I know, I've tried as it has often decided we need more room, when we don't, and just got rid of stuff. Mind you, I blame the TiVo box when some of DH's F1 programmes disappear, heh heh. We lost the last episode of the Painting Challenge but I wasn't too bothered tbh

I've just restored some Keeping up with the Kardashians (don't judge ) which the box deleted as I'd accidentally set it to not keep any more than 10. I'm guessing that's not the same issue as running out of space though so not sure!
