Still catching up after my holiday, only a couple of episodes behind now.

Therese's brother is a really Dr Evil, isn't he? I hope he gets caught soon. I love Paul!

Just read that we are going to catch up with Australia pace during December and from January we will see episodes on the same day as them!

Me too Anne! I got very excited when I saw the announcement today! I assumed they'd keep it on over Christmas but it looks like they'll be showing the 10 extra episodes in mid December instead.

It took me a while to realise devo meant devastated! Do Australians shorten words that often or is it a Neighbours things?

Ben is such a wooden actor. Really liking Steph at the mo though- especially people's awkwardness around her.

I was hoping/thinking there was more to the fire, they didn't actually see it start so maybe there's more to it?

Neighbours - Child doesn't want a bath - whole neighbourhood offer suggestions whilst parents look on helplessly.

Real life - Child doesn't want a bath - parent picks up child and puts it in the bath.

Who makes up this shit?

There's such a weird high pitched sound on the Ben bits, like one of those types sounds only dogs or teenagers can hear to annoy them.

The school being saved announcement felt a bit weird and out of place didn't it? Was it a news alert on Susan's phone? Or someone sent a link to an article? It sounded like she was reading out a headline.

They're also loving using that symbolic Brad crossing the road device aren't they? I'm sure he's done that at least once a week.

Haha yes the Nell / bath story was ridiculous. Sonya looked horrified when she thought sheila had scooped Nell up and put her in the bath. That's what I've done when my dc have refused baths, as if people in rl have time for this washing dolls / bubble baths in the lounge / making up silly songs nonsense! Dis anyone else notice though how lovely Sonya's hair looked in the scene with sheila in the kitchen, looked like she had a really good blow dry, it was all big and swishy and made her look a million times better. Normally it's a bit greasy looking and plastered to her head!

The school being saved was very strange. All that fuss, the sleep out, endless weeks of campaigning and all it needed was a petition?

Brad's annoying me. He just likes playing the hero. So he had to keep rushing off to help Lauren after Matt died and Therese didn't really need him in the same way. Now she does and he's going rushing back. Lauren is right to look worried. All that 'it doesn't change how I feel about you but Therese needs me right now' must sound very familiar!

Definitely agree about Nell. Just put her in the bath. Sonya is so weak. Who has time for such nonsense.

Does anyone know when and what time the extra 'catch up with Australia' episodes will be on? I heard mid December but is there anything more concrete?

Why is Amber working when she has a 2 week old baby in NICU? I'm not sure I could even walk properly at that point!

Magpie - Australia has now stopped for Christmas, but we will keep watching for another couple of weeks at the usual time before we stop just before Christmas. We will then be on the same episode when both countries restart on 4th January.

Ooh okay, I was hoping for double bills!

I've seen a little (Aussie pace) trailer on instagram today and it looks like it's all kicking off in erinsborough!!

Josh and Amber are fighting over something, Amber and Lauren are crying and Brad says "we will take you to court over this." I'm guessing it's something to do with the baby, maybe Amber wants to move away with her and Josh doesn't want them to go or something. Whatever it is looks like it's going to split brad and lauren up!

The clip also shows Paige trapped in what appears to be a coffin!!

And Steph and Paul are in a car together and get ran off the road by Josh possibly, it shows Steph confronting josh (I still can't get over the fact thats she's his mum!). I've a feeling that it's paul setting steph up and belinda is a red herring as steph and paul were arguing in the car (I could be wrong though).

I think it's Paul too, he was asking Aaron to go to the garage and play something when Steph is there in today's episode.

So it is Paul, how long before Steff finds out?

Did quiet get Paul's logic on doing it though, did really fit but hey the neighbours writers just go with a storyline even if it's not true or possible or totally rewrites history.
