I love this programme but no one I know has ever seen or heard of it.

I've never watched anything like this before, the pilot was on Tv after something else I watched and I got sucked in.
Anyone on here?
I thought tonight's episode when Henry got to find out more about his first death was great.

I've watched the first few episodes and have been recording the rest but haven't got round to watching them for ages and just recorded tonight's and think saw it was episode 18 so I've probably got about 12 or more to catch up with, but I do like the show and I actually think his voice/accent is quite nice too in the way he talks Blush

BeaLola · 24/04/2015 01:04

Not just you as we watch it too although I haven't seen tonight's episode yet. I really like it although I wasn't keen the other week when he was the Dr saving the child who became king in his previous life on the train and then ends up in current say when said king us now old man and murdered - too much coincidence. I like the female actress - haven't seen her in anything before.

OneTwoManyLots · 24/04/2015 01:16

I'm watching!

I've watched up to episode 21. Love the show, it helps that Henry is very easy on the eye. Grin

I really enjoy it.
I especially love the relationship between Henry and Abe.

SocksRock · 24/04/2015 01:35

I like Forever. Easy on the eyes he is as well...

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 24/04/2015 08:33

Very easy on the eyes yes. Smile I like that it's a different story each episode. The Prince one was a bit far fetched but we have to suspend belief when we watch it anyway.

I always stay up on a Thursday, that and big bang it's a good tv night.

It's a silly show if you think about it too much but I love Ioan Gruffydd and I enjoy watching it.

slalomsuki · 24/04/2015 09:08

I've come to this late so have watched a few episodes and recorded a few others. Easy viewing

IPokeBadgers · 24/04/2015 19:45

I watch it too....I sky plus it, then fast forward through the breaks. It is a bit silly but its nice easy viewing when I just want something unchallenging. and the cast are all fairly easy on the eye Grin

oops! double post Blush

Everythingsgonegreen · 24/04/2015 19:46

I love it- love the Henry/Abe dynamic and the sassy female detective.

Titsalinabumsquash · 24/04/2015 19:50

I love Forever, it's not being renewed after season 2 though which I'm miffed about, the viewing figures are terrible though so I guess they can't keep it on, I really hope they end it well though with no cliffhangers!

Titsalinabumsquash · 24/04/2015 19:52

Apparently I can't write a post without overusing the word 'though' tonight Blush

strawberrypenguin · 24/04/2015 19:53

I watch it - I'm a good few episodes behind though as I record it. It's enjoyable and the relationships between the characters are starting to build up nicely

SellMySoulForSomeSleep · 24/04/2015 20:01

At least there is a series two. Got a bit more time to find out history about Henry.

Love it. Similar to New Amsterdam, but better.

pressone · 25/04/2015 10:52

Oh no! DP & I love this, great escapism after a shitty day at work. What a shame it is not being renewed.

getdownshep · 25/04/2015 18:43

I remember Judd Hirsch from Taxi

starsandunicorns · 25/04/2015 18:59

Love the show i have it on sky planner and watch on sat cant belive last week was the last ever !!!

pressone · 25/04/2015 20:03

Getdownshep - first thing DP and I said - Taxi! and Hornblower for Henry (sorry can't spell the actor's name

madreloco · 25/04/2015 20:34

There hasn't been any announcement yet as to whether there will be a series 2.

drigon · 25/04/2015 23:29

Yes, I really enjoy it too! I like Lucas and Abe( oldie here too -loved Judd Hirsch in Taxi!) I like Henry's character to a certain extent, but find him a teeny bit smug. Detective is OK. Plot and backstory are interesting.

Dumpylump · 27/04/2015 09:05

I thought we were the only ones! Disappointed to hear it's coming to an end....ds2 and I love it, and have a nice routine going on a Thursday night involving snacks, a glass of wine for me, hot chocolate for him, and latest episode. He's nearly 15, so I don't get much time with just me and him......will need to find another programme to keep us going.
