Anyone else think that the first in the new series of Catherine Tate was the funniest thing on telly in ages? We just love Foul Mouthed Nan in our house, and she's just like my Mum!! The girl doing the languages at the end was just pure class. Lauren in the burger bar was ace too.
The woman's a genius.

I don't get it! I don't get that or Little Britain!

mosschops30 · 30/10/2006 18:39

i loved it, especially the irish mammy who found out her son was gay ...genius

NOMurDErousPLUME · 30/10/2006 18:40

I can't bear her. She has completely and shamelessly ripped off Little Britain (which I also cannot stand).

TwigTwoolett · 30/10/2006 18:40

is she going to be in Dr Who? or did I misunderstand a glance at the TV involving her in a brides dress and Dr Who reacting?

NOMurDErousPLUME · 30/10/2006 18:42

was that an advert for some 'hilarious' skit on the forthcoming Children In Need, perchance ?

nikkie · 30/10/2006 21:24

In the christmas special , she is the runaway bride

babe1 · 30/10/2006 22:11

Twigtwolett - she did a Dr. Who spin off which wasn't that great, not one of her funnier sketches. Nonmurderousplume - come on! CT is miles better than LB which is just gross. Didn't follow what you meant about CIN

No, it's nothing to dio with Children In Need. She is playing a character called Donna, the eponymous "Runaway Bride", in the Christmas special episode of "Doctor Who" this year.

JimmyBobbla · 31/10/2006 13:46

What does eponymous mean?

UnquietDad · 31/10/2006 14:16

it means the character relates to the title.
