I seems to be daytime TV (I watch on iPlayer so I'm not sure)

It's perfect Sunday evening viewing & at one a week would be fabulous

But it's been shown every day - which seems odd

Are there going to be any more?

I'm usually around at that time, and I agree with you. It's evening viewing really-seems a shame to waste it on daytime, when there's diddly squat on in the evenings.

The current series is the second, I think.

I've watched 15 episodes; 3x5 I think?

It really seems a waste

It was on during weekdays on BBC1 last week, just after Doctors (I work from home) so around 2:30pm. They seem to do the odd week's worth of programmes here and there for this slot, there was one about an Indian GP who'd moved to a village in Wales at some point, that came and went, came and went too. They may recommission a new series, then again it often depends on the viewing figures.

You could always post on the BBC's feedback section and ask if there's more programmes in store Wink

I think they've just shown all 3 series on BBC1. I get quite addicted to whatever they show in that slot as they put it on every day!

There's usually so pretty decent programmes, they are just very short runs. Arthur Weasley played a priest/detective in one, these were good.

Sorry for the shit spelling, my jaw's dropping at the crap on the news.

I liked Indian doctor but couldn't get into Father Brown , WPC 56 has had annoying wpcs so far which isn't endearing it to me.

ClaimedByMe · 15/03/2015 18:31

I get sadly addicted to the bbc weekday afternoon programmes although I think its a gameshow this week :(

Oood · 15/03/2015 18:35

any doctors fans may want to join us...

LadySybilLikesSloeGin · 15/03/2015 18:38

Oh, I hate gameshows Sad

Ah, doctors. It may be more believable if the patients had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.

Oood · 15/03/2015 18:54

Ah but they only have about 7 patients in the whole practice!

LadySybilLikesSloeGin · 15/03/2015 18:55

Grin Sounds about right.

LadySybilLikesSloeGin · 15/03/2015 18:55

Wonder if they have a listing on NHS Choices.

I've enjoyed WPC56 and liked the Dr one too. They are on at a great time for me as dd2 is napping and dd1 at nursery. I agree, they would be great evening viewing though.

We loved Father Brown and ordered the book which is even better :)

HoraceCope · 17/03/2015 08:33

I didnt really like WPC56, FAther Brown only slightly better. I wait til 3.10 for The Royal which is slightly less crap but far more enjoyable.

Mrsjayy · 17/03/2015 08:43

I liked this although I didn't watch every day this series I love father Brown though I was hooked
