The Returned on Netflix

I just saw this on Netflix yesterday. It's an American remake and so far it looks to be very close to the original French version. Minus the subtitles odd course.

So if anyone missed the original and fancies it, it might be worth a watch.

It's a bit weird watching it after having seen the original series. I think I'd have enjoyed it more if the whole idea was new to me.

Other is a bit weird. I haven't continued watching. I was interested to see how similar / different it would be when remade for an American audience. Turns out very similar!

I'm loving it and I'm trying to get people to watch it so I can talk about but none of my family want to.

It looks as if the original is on Netflix as well - was it a TV show based on a film? (As there's also a film of the same name with what appears to be the same theme).

Anyone know when the next series is out?
