Have you seen the first Twirlywoos shows? These are short 15 minute episodes where a family of bird like characters discover something new in the human world. It teaches kids things like "round and round", "full" or "underneath". Each show is dedicated to a lesson/word. My DS is 3+ and loves it. It's short, simple and very clever. CBeebies - check it out. Also they have a game for laptop where your kids can squeeze fruit juice into a pot for the Twirlywoos. Cute! We love it. :)

Great Big Hoo and Toodle-Ooo.

Thanks, I've got the song stuck in my head now!

My 1yo loves it-the fruit tea machine really makes him giggle. I like it because we've got no new episodes of Hey Duggee and it's really engaging for younger toddlers. Loved it when peekaboo got harassed by a rainbow then had a little disco Grin.

Hehe, apols HoppityVoosh - I just love the country western twang it has "pretty birds fly over the sea, bring the boat back home to me..." cuteness. ;)

Wouldn't it be cool if you could submit adjectives to CBeebies and they then create the episode? I'd get them to do: Expensive, Old, Irregular, Thoughtful...

DS2 thinks peekaboo is called MeetAPoo, which he thinks is hilarious. I quite enjoy it too. It's not too in your face like ITNG.

My 1yo loves it too. She claps and starts quacking when she sees the birds flying at the start Grin

My three year old loves it Blush.

FelixFelix · 02/03/2015 15:08

Mochas it's alright, my 25yo DP loved it too Grin

My 4yo ds and 2yo dd both really like it.
It reminds me of in the night garden.

We're fans in our house too, i think it's really sweet. My 21 month old is transfixed by it and sometimes laughs his head off at random bits, especially when there's that knocking at the door on the ship. Weirdo!

My 3 year old has been so excited for this to start since the trailers began! And it hasn't disapointed him. it's funny the things they love. He found today's episode hilarious.
