DD1 went to Cadbury World last year for a school trip- given we live in Manchester, it took over 4 hours in travelling time- and they were there about 2 hours!

I haven't been to a zoo for years- Chester is close, but ridiculously expensive. We went to Knowsley safari park a couple of times- it's a good idea to go through the monkey bit in a car that doesn't actually belong to you Ds nearly got his head pecked off by an ostrich, it was very funny[biush].
