It was Autumn today in Letherbridge, The Archers have messed up the space/time continuum by having one Sunday happening over a whole week & it was frosty in our neck of the woods this morning.

Yes we take our shoes off at the door too, some people give you a funny look when they ask if you'd like them to and you say yes!

I can take tablets with no water. I usually have a sip with them, but if I haven't got water to hand I can take them without. I take tablets every day so have had a lot of practice.

I have to drink loads except with antihistamines. Even after taking so much regularly I've got no better
