Im Getting old! (only early 40's).

sitting in bed each evening looking forward to seeing Murder she wrote (Yes its been around donkeys years but Im just getting into it!), and knitting at the same time (Just learning to knit!)

All I need is a bed jacket (Ill prob knit one ) and some werthers and Im done!

Anyway, every other episode shes visiting a nephew or neice! or not getting paid to help the sherriff at Cabot Cove solve the murders.

anyone else like this programme? Angela Lansbery is a legend of course.

I used to love this program in my teenage years. For what its worth I have 25 first cousins, so if she was my auntie she would have plenty to visit.

I am surprised she gets invited to so many places. Someone always gets murdered so you would think people would avoid her like the plague.

I'm also a fan and troubled by the seemingly never-ending stream of nephews and nieces. I admit to getting quite upset when it's one of the episodes where she just describes events that happened to a friend (presumably the writers were running out of ways to link her to murder most foul...). I possibly should get out more.

Maybe it's like the days of my childhood where all your mum and dad's friends were auntie this and uncle that.

I have been to the real life Cabot Cove - on the Californian coast - so get an extra wave of joy when I watch

Ha ha, last nights episode the police cheif said something like ''everytimeyou turn up theres a murder!''

Lol all these murders in murder she wrote and getting Jessica to solve the mystery. Hasn't anyone figured it out yet...Jessica's a serial murderer. It's everywhere she goes so it must be her!
