How come budget stays at £12000 despite inflation? The shows been on for years.
Also mr bloom on cbeebies: is it an allotment or a nursery?? It's calledmr blooms nursery but he sings 'this is my allotment'- or are the 2 the same thing? I'm not a gardener. Thanks!
