More likely Cindy than Bobby. She'd have never come back with Bobby if it was him. Never. Would you? In case he said something and let it slip?

I'd say covering for Cindy, and promising her that if it all came out, she'd take care of the baby for her. Notice she said to Cindy that Lauren said it happened in the HOUSE, she didn't say WHO did it.

Bobby would fit with "it's still murder" as he's over the age of criminal responsibility. But what does Max know? (As in Emma's "you know").

Yes. Did Ian say 'tell me how you did it' or similar? He killed her and has only just worked out it's Jane who moved the body from where he left it.
