We need to separate the motives from the facts.

We know Lucy died between 9.30-12pm
We know she was found 8am at walford common.
We know she heard the music box before she died.
We know she got on the bus at 8pm.
We know Jay was on the bus.
We know Lucy came back with Jake in a taxi.
We know Lucy blood was found in jakes flat.
We know peter was getting Lucy drugs.
We know that Abi argued with Lucy.
We know that Billy argued with Lucy.
We know that there was a folder of Lucy photos in Billy house.
We know that billy, Peter and Lola lived there.
We know Lucy had her bag when found but not her purse or phone.

We don't know the music box was the murder weapon.
Was it in Lucy room when it was searched?
If it was the murder weapon and in her room surely it would have blood on it?

Where's crazy wall lady when you need her?

I think Stan will die tonight. Reg Cox was referred to as a "cantankerous old man" in the first episode & I'm sure Mick's called Stan that.

i think its just a step to far to assume Lucy was killed at home and moved. Surely they would have checked this out and found blood? Although I've been thinking she must have been killed at home due to music box it just seems unlikely without anybody knowing about it iyswim? Also the assumption has been that because of box and because of the yellow paper. I know Lauren also came to that conclusion but I question how and why she ended up on common?

if it was at home I'm going with Denise and it was before we saw her go upstairs and turn over the photo and cry. She came home to break up with ian after her chat with Libby. She found out about the drugs being in the box and flipped because she felt she couldn't leave. Then stayed with Ian through guilt. I'm thinking someone else found the body and moved it because they knew she'd taken drugs and assumed she died of an overdose. Maybe Ian - hence the she died comment. Im wondering if Denise woke to find her gone and assumed she hadn't died and therefor that's why she reacted the way she did when they announced they'd found her body.

My theory above could also link to it's still murder. She hit Lucy, woke to find her gone and body was found on common. Therefore she thinks she didn't kill her. Buts he does from injuries =it's still murder.
