I've just plugged the virgin TiVo ox back in after some time (haven't been watching telly, just been using iplayer on iPad and other catch up apps). When I was on maternity leave I remember watching The Face on Sky Living but now it seems that I don't have Sky Living anymore. As far as I know we have always been on the most basi tv package so I'm wondering if machine knows if they have recently taken Sky living off this package. I looked up the virgin site and sky living is not listed against the most basic tv package, but I know for sure that we had it because I watched The Face with Naoimi Campbell and just double checked that that was on Sky living. Any now know the answer? I can contact virgin but they won't speak to me as I'm not named on the account. Anyone?
