He didn't threaten to rape calum. It was a response to being called a massive dick. No one is saying his behaviour was perfect, that doesn't mean he wasn't bullied. He was. Excluding is bullying, as well as the outright threatening behaviour by Kh and CAMI.

How can you dismiss a clear threat of sexual assault (there was no ambiguity in the words or the body language) but absolutely insist he was bullied, which is ambiguous to say the least?
