He's had a great episode what with that and the broken branch, wet feet, back to camp to lie down by the fire thing.

I don't understand why they starved themselves (well, Mel starved them) to the point of illness in order to save loads of food for the end. It was totally pointless. They would have had more strength to hunt and forage, and towards the end they knew they would get a proper meal when they left.

Credit due to channel 5 though, I thought they were going to plant a kill in one of their rubbish traps!

they were too soon fed. they should have been pushed to the point that they HAD to hunt, not be able to survive off rations that were handed out to them. Mel thinks she embraced the experience but all she did was cling onto the freebies and collect some firewood

What are we doing next?

I really hope the next series starts with making them all watch the first series to show them how badly they faired and telling them, "it's your challenge to do this 100% better than the last sorry lot and this time we're not going to spoon feed you. you have to hunt and forage for all of your own food"

I am shocked they are doing this again. I don't think they would want me.
