please tell me all is not lost!!!!!!! (series 3)

DH gave me the shocking news today that Channel 4 has lost the rights to Sky 1 for the next series of lost... A bladdy disaster for us peasants relying on freeview. Can someone tell me how i will be able to watch the next series w'out having to wait for the dvd? The only thing dh and I do alone together is watch lost pathetic but true.

Noooo, it's the only thing DH and I watch together too. I would probably have stopped watching if it weren't for him.

where can i download it??? I do know what people mean when they get fed up with it but we are so starved of decent drama in uk that I put up with some of it's faults - it got a bit slow in the middle of series 2 but the buggers know how to hook you in again.

Apparently ch4 got Ugly Betty as a consolation prize (sounds more desperate h'wives than lost) but don't think DH will be interested in that...

Can't watch Grey's - the main character is sooo annoying - liked the supporting cast though - often the way with us dramas - hated dawson from the creek and carrie from satc as well.

Never got into Grays. I'm up to ep 3 of Heroes... I love the Japanese blokes

don't know if this Ugly Betty is downloadable - but I watched a few clips and it seemed funny - though they do tend to show the best bits on clips - has Maggie from extras in it as well..

Unlike many other people, I don't care which channel shows it, I don't care what idiotic time of the night they put it on, I don't even care how many stupid adverts they stick in it - as long as I don't have to PAY any more. Up until now we've got everything we need through the BBC licence and Freeview!

Anyone think Sky 3 will show it? That's all we can get on Freeview. I understand NTL has it too, for those who can see that.

I gave up half way through the second series as I kept falling asleep
so I recorded about three episodes but cannot be bothered to watch them
I have come to the conclusion it's just boring
