70s Children's tv programe

It was a dubbed, possibly German, children's tv programme about hunting for a girl with golden hair. One scene I remember is when they found her in a group of girls having some sort of lesson in a circle. It was either late 70s or early 80s. Anyone know what programme is was?!

Doesn't sound like The Singing Ringing Tree. Was it Tale From Europe? Doesn't sound familiar to me

I'm pretty sure it isn't the singing ringing tree. I think it could be later, more 80s maybe. CFS Kate! It isn't that but something similar. I'm pretty sure it had children in it rather than adults though and seemed to be more like a fairy tale. It's really infuriating when you just remember a scrap of something that you thought was amazing as a child!
