Just watching this for the first time and I'm staggered!! They fill out a food diary and then they go through 'surveillance' where they see what they actually, really eat. They basically go on the show because they don't understand where they're going wrong with their eating. So this couple have put down on their diaries that they eat 1,700 calories and she's actually eating 2,900 and the bloke put down 2,700 and is eating 6,000!!
They're so shocked when they go over the surveillance. I'm fascinated. I'm certainly guilty of fooling myself that things like finishing off the kids tea don't count calorie-wise but this is a whole new level! Anyone else watch this?
