I think probably 1980's. An older man (very sleezy/greasy looking), has an affair/sex with his friend's daughter. I think there was a scene where the older man in barbers and 'get's something for the weekend' or at least a reference to it...could have been the barber was girls dad? Girl gets pregnant and I think last scene is her with baby in 1950's looking pram by a seaside pier? Think it was a British made film.
Any ideas?
