My first command would be a decent food budget trial where they have to work together day and night for days.

Then I would get rid of the snug.

Then I'd make the house a lot smaller.

Perez has been a common enemy for a lot of them in the house so his absence could be a bad thing for other strong characters like Katie H and Cami. Nadia and Patsy might develop some character though.
