Does anyone else think the narrator sounds sarcastic?

I have to confess to being a canin pressure fan.

No, I think he sounds like a sort of benevolent, slightly amused father figure.

Yes Roger Allam. I love him! (but I don't like Sarah and Duck and my 1 year old isn't much of a fan either!)

and i meant Cabin Pressure, the radio 4 comedy, in which he is very sarcastic.

So it is just me carrying this forward then, thanks everyone.

To me he's Peter Manion, from the Thick of It- in which he was also incredibly sarcastic. Not only do I keep thinking he's going to start swearing as well

Sorry, meant to say that not only do I think he's being sarcastic, I keep thinking he's going to swear as well! Typing whilst getting a sick baby off to sleep is apparently not a good idea.....
