I quite like it, find it quite relaxing to watch, although I wish it was on in the spring because it makes me want to get out in the garden.
I wonder how often the contestants have to go to their allotments, I go out in the garden and water, weed, etc every evening in the summer but surely they can't go to their allotment every day. So they must have people based there who do a lot of the work. I wonder whether they go there every weekend like the Bake Off.
They're trying to add a bit of innuendo like the Bake Off too, lots of sniggering about the girth of cucumbers. Although it doesn't quite work somehow. There's no sense of urgency because the timescales are so long.
