I got the impression that Alexander was simply letting her know that the men were watching her changing and it was making him uncomfortable. I don't think it was victim blaming as much as clumsily put concern.

Yes anne I just said the exact same thing to DH, all the horrible sexist and misogynistic things seem to have gone unchallenged and just the racist language, which is also awful obviously is the only thing we've seen him told about by BB.
