Awwww, was DS2's birthday OK if he was sick?

I was supposed to be using my day off today to organise DS's birthday party. Have booked venue and bought invites. Really not in the mood to do anything else now. Fucking TB.

Historical corner: I was meaning specifically in Spain Anne, I don't know how Moors got treated in Italy tbh, maybe a lot more nicely. But at that time in Spain, they'd just had a bit of a holocaust - killed a lot of them in the Inquisition, then kicked the rest out. So very low likelihood that they'd have a Muslim Moor leading their army. Shame, cos two centuries previously, Muslims, Jews and Christians in Spain got on like a house on fire. I guess it's just that nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Hurray!.....photos have been taken, the house looked pristine and remained that way for the duration of estate agent bloke's visit, despite the presence of MlleElk who had vomited at school

Blob arrived here too, which may well explain my bloody awful mood yesterday.

Feel so much more relaxed now, MlleElk's got the duplo out and babyElk's jumperoo has come out of the cupboard, so she's happy. Might have a sneaky re watch.

Baddz - I don't recall that, but I think I only fully watched Season 1-2 and DH watched Season 3. I have the box sets to go back to at some point.

Didn't get to rewtach and will now be consumed with the other stuff that is my life until Episode 3. FML.

Bads are you me? My sister also a big GOT fan and hadn't read the books. Though I did point out that you should know by now that if a character in GOT is handsome, heroic and a good guy then he is going to lose/die. Even when he wins. Only the flawed ones keep going. FGRRM too (but noooo never like that). I think he is having far to much fun perving at female fans (and Emily Whatserface) at comic con etc to write more books

One of the kids in ds2s class was sick today and sent home....sigh. It's only a matter of time....:(

Remember me going over to see my neighbour to sort out her new phone (which took 2 sodding hours due to the crappiest wifi in the world and also sorting laptop etc)? She rang this morning and asked if I could help her set her email up on it, and when I went over has just given me a bunch of flowers and two bottles of wine. I feel guilty now for grumping to DH a bit about it

I've been looking at episode reviews on LJ, someone on there hated ep 2, & Aramis doesn't seem too popular . Funny how different communities feel about characters - he was slated for 'ignoring Anne' as he's so busy running after the nanny. Hmm, yeah, cos sniffing around Queenie wasn't going to get him killed or anything.

I still haven't watched the ep, but according to Facebook (I know, I know) the official page got a lot of stick and complaints requesting that the page be taken down!

Never has a grey blouse been such a turn on.
