Found it - The Haunting of Radcliffe House. It actually looks quite scary as I'm in on my own!!

I love a spooky Christmas film ( remembering "The Turn of the Screw" , "Whistle and I'll Come to You" , "Crooked House" . I tried to watch "The Woman in Black" a couple of years ago. Got 15 minutes in, no more... )

70 is a limit me and DM tried to watch Woman in Black last New Years Eve and turned it off after 20 mins - toooo unpleasant

Hmmm not sure yet. The constant adverts are irritating me though.

The ad frequency is ridiculous.

Otherwise, so far, so formulaic.

Bloody adverts come slap bang in the middle of every atmospheric, tense moment.

Ruined it for me.

Watching it recorded so can ff through ads. It's the only way
