Calamitously - I'm not sure yet as my flat is not selling but I like the look of Low Fell (which I know is in Gateshead). I would really love to live in Whitley Bay or Tynemouth, cullercoats beach looks amazing. We are visiting over Christmas to get a feel of the area so hopefully I'll have a better idea then.
