Is anyone watching this? If so I'm wondering what people think about it?

I have watched them and enjoyed the one about the man in prison, the lottery ticket one and the one about the uni friend but didn't think much of todays one.

I like them. Remind me of The Street, which I loved. Is Jimmy McGovern involved somewhere? Has his stamp.

LightastheBreeze · 14/11/2014 09:04

I did see Jimmy McGoverns name in the credits, definitely similar to The Street

Jimmy McGovern is the executive producer. I agree that some of the quality is variable. On the whole it's pretty good though.

I only saw a bit of the one with the man who was partially sighted. The people in it seemed a bit aggressive, but the husband did speak as others would in RL, which is something lacking in the average soap ( EE for example) Jimmy McGovern did some one off dramas a few years ago ( the street?) with Anna Friel ( she was in one of them) and they were very good too. makes a change from house/ antique/ quizzes, which I find a bit boring and same old.

I enjoyed this series of Moving On, the stolen lottery ticket one was my favourite.

The one with the drinking and driving, the brother did the right thing and surely the only one jt fault was the brother who thought it was ok to drink and drive?

I didn't see those two episodes zukie but I'll watch them on iplayer. I liked the series but some of the episodes were a bit similar.

These one off episodes are usually quite good. I couldn't get passed the guy from Me Too though. What tv programme was the dad in the last one from?

BringMeTea · 17/11/2014 00:36

He was Jeff in Peep Show.
