My theory is that Dodger dies and Sienna goes on the run with baby Myra-Pocahontas-Foofoo-Thingy because it's all she has left of Dodger.

I also think Mercedes dies.

Carmel sees the crash, but as she's already decided to leave her family and kidnap Kathleen-Angel she just keeps going regardless and doesn't return.

Bit like when Cheryl drove off with her fancy man after Brendan took the blame for her murdering their father.
