I watched it the other day when they was showing a marathon of the series so far, I love it!

Love fredrik! I have missed bits though, did he do porn?

Also like Ryan, think he's a bit out if depth, also think he will be super hot in about 10 years time Grin

Can't take to Michael, thinks he is it because he works for daddy, no charisma, he needs to come out of the closet!

Frederick on the one hand tries to be so professional etc but can be so teenagerish!!

I don't understand the whole broker, agent of the building and these three. How much goes in commission?

Hoolit, I don't have a clue, it seems really different to over here. They seem to be earning big money though, especially if it is a double commission, which I think is where they represent the person selling and the person buying.

Fredrick is so annoying yet so infectious- amazing relationship with his parents!

Ryan is so cute! (his closing down Times Square to propose to his girlfriend is sooooooo original).

Michael- I feel like wrapping him up in my shawl and take him home.

I know. they started season 2 straight after season 1 on Wednesday, but Michael's gone Sad . This Luis guy is a bit of a maverick. Am a bit disappointed with Fredrick getting married Blush

I'm confused over their commission, do they pay tax on it? Does it go into the company? I'm addicted to this. The woman who's daddy was buying her an appartment in De Niros building!

In the USA you have a realtor acting for both the seller and the buyer. So I suppose these guys must be aching for both and getting double commission. Or sure if this is strictly ethical....

Yes, in New York they will pay tax on the commission. Both State tax ( NY ) and Federal Tax.

I'm totally addicted to this now. The amounts of money are outrageous and I'm not sure the buyers actually end up living in the buildings or if they are just investments? I love Fredrik.

I think I messed up my viewing a sit wouldn't go on to series link, so ended up watching a new series when I hadn't finished watching the previous series.

I was Shock at the Frederik porn thing o, in one of he episodes he claims that he only worked for a week, but his wiki entry has several films listed, must have been a busy week Wink

My god, that Zac last night, how much was he worth? I feel sad though that not many of them seem to be looking for "homes" as such. I could understand why the seller was emotional last night. I'm glad she pulled out.
