He is the boyfriend of the daughter in that particular house. He might be very sweet when not entertaining us with his sparkling personality and quick witted repartee.

He should be painted silver and be one of those human statue things in a holiday resort. The trouble is, he'd still be there when all the tourists have gone to bed and the streets are empty.
