We are only on episode 2, and i want to watch it with my 8 year old son.
Is there any reason it is being shown after 9pm?

It is fine for kids. A little bit of WWI trauma for the dad and some conflict with the local villagers but nothing to worry about. Lovely programme for kids IMO

i had watched 2 episodes and couldn't work out why it was being shown so late seemed a perfect 7pm show, thanks.

I am finding it really hard to find middle ground telly to watch with him, as he is still very easily scared so most of my ideas are too scary, dr who for example.
And i HATE all reality telly except bakeoff.

We watch it as a family with my 9 and 12 y old boys. Tis a lovely programme.

I'm taping it and watching with the kids. They love it. As do I. Was wasted putting it on at 9!
