Why hasn't James ended up in hospital and given us all a break from the lecturing?

I work with a bloke like James
He is my team leader but a different profession so not my clinical lead if that makes sense
It is impossible to have a proper conversation as all he does is lecture, high opinion of himself but everyone else thinks he is crap at his job

Gary or Audley to win, James is pissed off because as much as he likes to think Gary is dumb, he's not, but it's still obvious about the head injury, they really do mess up some people, I just love how Audley sits there so calm whilst James is desperate to bite, that, James, is what being a professional boxer is all about, keeping calm and attacking when the moment is right, you have under estimated Audley BIG TIME, and Gary.

I'm only just starting to watch but not surprised to James stressing you all out again-wont read properly yet to avoid spoilers but AnneEs little Jack nicholsonesque rant tells me I should move heavy things out of reach for fear of breaking my tv!

Gary was ok at the counselling apart from maybe the shouting, that made me squirm a bit...you know James crapped his pants (understandable) I'd have crawled under the table and cried.

The last bit in diary room I had to rewind a couple of times. No wonder Gary doesn't understand the Brits in there most of tide time. Do all LA people talk in such navel gazing circles?

Definitely clip of the series, but the bots clip (think main show clip was less about Gary and focused on the other 2)

Thing with Helen, whether you believed it or not, was that she said she was taking advice/criticism on board and trying to do thing differently. James personifies
arrogance. He will not win cringes inwardly at making a definite prediction, have a bad track record of guessing winners
