Only Connect moves to BBC2

I can't tell if a) it's easier because it's the first episode, b) it's been dumbed down for BBC2 audiences, or c) I've got really clever

Ah lurking that would be amazing! Again, for us, not so for them.

I got hooked on OC after watching it with my sister and mother - they are, unfortunately, horribly smug about how clever they are, so I wouldn't want to watch it with them again, nor have I confessed to them that I am watching it every week now - but I particularly enjoy the connecting wall.

I can only do the missing vowels round.
I watch the whole show religiously though

We love Only Connect in this house, always have done.

We pause the wall, and usually solve it.

(But we all groan at Victoria's atrocious clothes. She needs a good stylist.)

I was so excited I added the first episode to DH's Outlook diary.
However I am annoyed because you used to be able to find actual connecting walls to do online after each show but they don't seem to have them any more.

They did, up to a few days ago! Have they taken them away?

They're showing series 2 on Dave currently - the first series was an interesting comparison, awkward introductions etc.

I never think VCM's clothes are great, but I know several men whose tongues are positively hanging out at the mere thought of her, and they absolutely love the low cut tops and the skirts that fit tightly around the bum.

That would have been my highest scoring UC for sure

We love OC and VCM in this house too but liked it being on BBC 4

When the Coders were told they'd be allowed a second go, DH guffawed that they'd be known as the Coders ++ HUR HUR

Much easier now. I used to get 1 answer right every 3 episodes. I got several last night, including the first wall.
