this starts again, little confusing as ive read the book and the series doesnt always follow the book

last thing i rem (cant find last episode on demand to catch up/refresh) was that the whole town went dark and then pink/purple skies and think about the try and hang the goodie by the sheriff who is a baddie and conning the town

anyone else watch?

I watch.

Struggling to remember what happened at the end .. can remember them trying to hang blondie.

Where was the curly haired red head ... why wasn't she stopping it?

And what was going on with the kids and that glowing ball thing?

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/08/2014 20:16

oh yes the glowing ball, forgot about that

its all weird, esp as in the book one of the main characters in the series dies in think chapter 3

i think the female lead (is it Julia???) isn't talking to the male blond lead (name escapes me?) cos she now knows he killed her husband?

i hope they do a lengthy recap because ive forgotten much of it.....

I think Stephen King has written this first episode of season 2 - i think i read that in imbd when i looked it up at the end of last season....... he obviously wont recognise it as his own so far!

fussychica · 25/08/2014 17:38

Thought we might watch season 2 until I read it all gets pretty weird and at the end things still aren't resolved - can't stand the thought of another Revenge scenario - used to love it but then it descended into madness. So I'll be giving this a miss.

Blondeshavemorefun · 25/08/2014 17:58

I'm hoping all gets resolved and dome lifts......

Miss revenge and it's amazing storylines

I'm watching it and still can't remember enough to work out what's going on.

Was the man in the cabin (Flack from CSI) even in the first series? Confused

kimlo · 26/08/2014 19:38

I really liked it, but it did get very odd. More questions than answers really.

That was stephen king getting coffee after they all woke up wasnt it?

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/08/2014 19:41

yes it was, he also wrote last night episode

Its not often I notice things like that, im normally the person going "what? Where?" Grin

I love stephen king, but this isn't one of his books that ive read. From what I've heard this is going its own way enough that I could probably watch it at the same time as reading it. I might put that next on my to read list.

Blondeshavemorefun · 26/08/2014 20:59

yes you can watch and read it did, as i said previously the book isnt quite like the film, so be interesting if the ending is the same

I'm also a bit confused about how different it is from the book.
