Whilst on a diet. Last series I sat watching it whilst eating chocolate, biscuits, cake , anything I could get my hands on really. This series I really need to find will power from somewhere. I've lost 1.5 stone and really don't want to put it back on.
Any snack/recipe suggestions would be good!

Frozen grapes
Carrot crudités with bit of hummous
Apple slices with peanut butter (thinly spread)
Mountains of berries with bit of Greek yoghurt

I second the frozen grapes. Sweet, but like sorbet, delicious!

I prefer frozen green ones and they need to be seedless. Also take them out five minutes before you want to eat them! I tend to freeze them in separate portions cos I could eat a whole tub at once otherwise!
