Hardeep's duck and plum recipe is in the October Good Food. Think I'll be giving it a go. All his food looks scrummy. BTW, who is he? Don't think I've heard of him before.

Hardeep's a comic but I've not seen him. But he comes across as a nice bloke, and bold in his cooking, and executes it really well too.

my dp once made Goose with apples soaked up in red wine for Xmas meal and also had made Goose again with oranges flavours - it was fab!
