I find Paddy a silly,ridiculous character. I can't imagine him having the intelligence to be a vet. I agree that he's completely unfanciable. He reminds me of a gigantic boiled egg.

And don't get me started on the revolting affair between Joanie and Zak. I shall have to have a sick bucket on standby if there's any more of those shenanigans tonight! If last night's "performance" at the concert was an attempt to launch some sort of singing career for Joanie, then it failed miserably. Painful to watch (and listen to)

I missed it on Thursday night, I hate that they have Zak apparently falling for Joanie. It just isn't in character. He and Lisa are so long together, and have been through so much, and always stood by one another.
I wonder why the scriptwriters / producers are doing this.

I agree Rachel, it's about as unlikely as Paddy cheating on Rhona, daft stupid storyline.

What do I know Aaron's dad from, can't remeber what he was in but he's very familiar.

Exactly Ellenanora, and the Paddy storyline doesn't bother me, because I don't like him anyway, but I really like Zak. Maybe Cain will get him to see the light, I presume that whatever is going on (I've missed some episodes), will come to light at some stage. Probably Christmas.

well that was abit of a shock last night ,zak choosing joanie over lisa makes a change from the usual "she meant nothing to me , i love you."
i felt really sorry for lisa and bell
dianes singing was bloody awful im surprised that got eric out the door if that was me id have hidden in the loft
that story line was nice but abit cringy

About time they finished that storyline with Eric, it was so tedious, agree lizzydripping Diane's singing was painful.

Debbie really doesn't give a shit who her kids are forced to live with does she, one man after another, and this one just goes out and robs a warehouse but hey ho it's xmas so he's forgiven.

I'm hoping Cain deals with the god awful Joanie and sends her packing. I thought she was a former teacher with health issues who couldn't afford to support her grandson but now she's been transformed into a man-eating singer doing stints in a working man's club or whatever that place was. Ridiculous.

Joanne and Zach awful, I think belle is a brat. When is Adam going to find out he's not the daddy, it's getting a bit draggy at the moment.

Agreed Susie it's very tedious at the moment. Too many storylines dragging on for ages (Eric, baby's paternity, Debbie's love life) or totally ridiculous ones (Paddy's affair, Zak/Joanie)

Please can the new year bring some decent stories.

Totally agree. Really hate the Zak storyline. It's just out of character. I missed the Christmas episodes, but don't know if it's worth trying to catch up over the weekend.
