I am a fairly educated, quite intelligent, normal woman. Why am I hooked on this shit?

I'm like this, DP goes mad at me saying I'm an educated woman and have zero interest in 'normal' educational TV.

My excuse is that I have a busy job which requires me to be sensible and think about what I say and do all day, I like to just go away in to a different world
