Corrie - really bad dubbing!

Is it just my TV that's dodgy, or is the dubbing really, really bad???! It's like watching a subtitled Japanese kung fu film.

That's weird. Everybody's lips are starting to move at least 2 seconds before they start speaking! I'm in the NE, not sure if that makes any difference.
