If so, what do you think of it? Last part tonight I think (hope)!

I felt it was more a 'drama' about those left behind. Amber was the catalysis...but the real story was the effect it had on those she left. It was a long drawn out drama that didn't end for them.

That's a good point Ms

She didn't die in the car-that guy had given someone else a lift (2yrs ago).

The guy who stole her phone was in prison with the guy who had killed the woman whose body was in the woods.

Bloody frustrating ending, though.

Wonder how many would have watched if known before that there was no resolution?

I was frustrated with the ending but less so on reflection and reading comments on here about focus being on impact on the family, and there being real life cases where there's not an answer.

Just watched it on I-player-grrrrrrr! Had to check as I was sure that I'd read only 4 episodes but it couldn't possibly have finished......oh yes, that was the ending. Disappointing! Hmm

Resurrecting this thread as I've just finished watching it and I share everyone's frustration at the ending.
I wouldn't have minded as much if there had been some resolution on the previous plot. The main one clearly the guy in jail who cons the journo into giving him cash so that he can 'repay' the parents of the girl he's killed.
All well and good but as someone said how come he knows about 'daughters of the air'? And how about the dad using 'daughters of the air' as a password to a random chat room and not going any further?

It felt like all the characters should have been more developed- they were cramming too much storyline and then left it all behind along with Amber's fate.
