Theory about Lost

This is my friend's theory - that they are all really in a mental hospital undergoing an experiment ( a la Matrix/Total Recall etc). Jack's dad is prob in charge of the experiment and the Others are all the doctors.

I can't stop thinking about it!
Is tonight's 9pm one the E4 one from last Tues?
