I missed what Quine said to his dad towards the end! His Dad said he put him in the home and then got him out, but what did Quine say back to him - his Mum told him? It really upset the Dad, but why, did i miss something or mishear? I have missed a couple of bits to it. Can you enlighten me?!

Quirke said that he'd always known he was his real dad but didn't say how he knew. He asked his dad who his mother was but dad did not reply

Ahh, so he asked him who his mother was - i get it now! So poor Quirke-quine (?! it's been a long day!), still doesn't know who his Mum was. Right. Get it. I just kept hearing a mumble and 'mum'! I could slap myself sometimes...
