Just watched a news report and the reporter was Roland Buerk. Is it Michael Buerks son? If it is he doesn't look like him

Yes it is, he the son that is survived the Tsunami.

Oh, i don't remeber hearing about that, but there were so many reports going on at the time of the tsunami i probably missed it. He's in Afgahanistan just now. Terrible tragdey out there with that plane crash

I used to know Michael Buerk's brother, and he looks nothing like him, either

His girlfriend saved him and they married a year after the tsunami.
I like Michael Buerk a lot, except when he is mouthing off about women in journalism...so I really hope Roland is where he is today on his own merits and not on papa's coat-tails...
