No, but thanks for the heads up. Better be on iplayer later!

TheWave · 25/05/2014 21:38

Yes it's getting dramatic. Bit scary.

Pleased they are showing an actual play in total. Well done BBC.

tribpot · 25/05/2014 21:45

Really looking forward to watching this in the new playhouse. Am still amazed they managed to get planning permission for a candle-lit theatre!

TheWave · 25/05/2014 21:46

Would be great live. It looks very intimate.

notnowImreading · 25/05/2014 22:46

Loved it. The Cardinal was brilliant, and Julia.

I missed this, will it be on iPlayer? Who was in it?

TheWave · 25/05/2014 23:08

Gemma Arterton. All the main parts very good for theatre that's also being filmed close up. Difficult to pull off.

Lots of atmosphere conveyed by the director, even on the small screen.

iPlayer link - whoop!

5Foot5 · 29/05/2014 22:22

Thanks for the iPlayer link. I must find the opportunity to watch it. I rather like Sean Gilder, the actor playing Bosola. was he good in this?

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 30/05/2014 14:42

Thanks! Will watch it asap!

EhricLovesTheBhrothers · 30/05/2014 21:42

I never even heard about this! But I never watch live tv which might explain that. Will watch it at the weekend. I loved this play at school.
