I love this programme. I think Brenda Blethyn is mesmerising to watch - she's an amazing actress.

I live in the north-east, my parents went for a walk along the beach and a woman stopped and talked to them. It was only afterwards, when they saw tv crew etc, that they realised it was Brenda Blethyn.

Tonight's was fab, brilliant location. She just has the best lines to deliver.

another one who loves it, beautifully shot landscapes, not too complex storylines, an interesting relationship with her handsome side kick-love the books too.
