Ok I've been in hospital and busy with a toddler and newborn. Feel like I've not watched neighbours in an age. Can anyone tell me what happened with Josh and Chris? Why was Chris in hospital? Thanks

Sweet pea, josh got upset at Kyle and Georgia's engagement do when Daniel announced that he and Amber were engaged. So he had a drink, but because of his allergy it had more of an effect than it would in others. Chris took him outside to try and calm him down and get him to go home, but he got angry and punched chris. Chris fell and banged his head on the ground and sustained a brain injury.

That's the official version of events so far, but several of us on the thread suspect that it will turn out to not be josh who punched chris, and instead someone else (possibly the person who tried to gatecrash the party, who hadn't been seen before that particular scene and hasn't been seen since).

I kind of hope that it stays as Josh who hit Chris. This story is bringing out some great acting from them both. The scenes today with Chris struggling and Josh's guilt were so powerful.

How funny that they used Susan/Lucas's old flat as the hotel suite!! They barely changed it, apart from a vase of flowers ourside the door! They could AT LEAST have got rid of the massive fridge freezer

Also, FastWindow the rumour about Jason and Kylie and Guy Pearce returning for the anniversary episode is the 30th anniversary, which is coming soon-ish. The Kennedy episode this week was purely a celebration of them being in Ramsay Street for 20 years.
