Just read something about who is in the frame for killing Kate (deserves a medal for that!) and was annoyed to find the thread full and not accepting messages. Then saw that it was me who finished it. Whoops!

Anyway, there are some people on Digital Spy suggesting it could be revenge for something Paul did in the past! Anyone remember the fire?

Revenge for him apparently - someone called Victor Cleary was credited in the episode as the person who bashed Chris.

I thought we saw Montague hit Chris? Will have to rewatch it and the credits too. I suspect it is something to do with Paul.

Oh and Julie, I didn't realise until a few months ago. She was Anne's and Jim adopted her.

I don't remember Julie not being Jim's at all, but that was so long ago I'm just amazed I remember any of it!

They've used artistic licence over the Lauren brad baby. They broke up quiet a bit before brad and Beth got together and I think she dated someone else before leaving. Wayne Duncan possibly.

In fact I think she joined a cult after breaking up with brad.

I've just looked on perfect blend. Not all the old episode synopsis are there but rather usefully the ones relating to brad and Lauren are! They broke up in the 2000th episode on 10/9/93, Lauren leaves in episode 2098 on the 2/3/94. So assuming they slept together the day before they broke up she'd have been very pregnant!

I didn't know about Julie either, maybe it was never mentioned, or Wikipedia got it wrong (ha!). Will check Perfect Blend tomorrow :)

Just looked at the Perfect Blend family tree for Julie and it says her real dad was Roger Bannon here who raped her mum. It said that the truth only came out that Jim wasn't her dad when he died.

I read that last night too, Julie didn't know until Jim died. The new character Naomi reminds me of the first Julie, looks wise.

I could spend hours on that website!
