Really? Not me. I find it quite heartwarming. It always seems to be quite nice people or families doing it together. And they are always so surprised to be shown how much they have eaten.

I don't laugh at it in a dislike it type of way I also love a secret eating binge

The women tonight genuinely don't realise the calories but how so they eat knowing the camera is on them

Ah my fellow fans! Sadly bewigged psychologist has been replaced by Scottish Barbie lookalike.

They seem genuinely unaware of what they are eating and drinking. That's what fascinates me. I keep thinking they'll film them getting off with someone or crashing their car and the secret eaters will look horrified and say 'oh yeah...I forgot I'd done that,..'

They all think they are healthy eaters too. Don't they ever wonder where the polystyrene boxes come from?
