tv documentary about children who had not been allowed to mix with people?

It must have been about a month or so ago but I can't remember what channel and need to trace it. Can any one help?

was it called feral children??
Can't remember which channel but it may have been channel 4

there was a 13 year old that had been kept in a room either strapped to a potty chair or strapped into a bed for all her life

and a couple of other stories about children who had ended up being brought up by dogs, may not be the program you mean

It was feral children and I thought it was Channel4 but I just can't find it thanks for "feral" anyway I couldn't remember that bit.
